BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The man involved in the drive-by shooting in Rexland Acres Sunday night has died.

The Kern County Sheriff's Office found the man with gun-shot wounds around 10:36 p.m. Sunday night and was transported to a local hospital. He later succumbed to his injuries.

Authorities are currently looking for a suspect vehicle, described as a white pickup truck, that drove off following the shooting.
