FRESNO, Calif. (AP) — Students at a private school in California attended their second day of in-person classes Friday despite state and county orders to close the campus. Fresno County says it will now seek a court order to close Immanuel Schools in Reedley. The county on Thursday told the school to close its classrooms until the county is removed from a state monitoring list for two weeks. But the school allowed students into classes Thursday and Friday without masks or social distancing. Its trustees and superintendent said they believe students' will benefit better from classroom instruction.
