BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Boys and Girls Club is helping to feed families in need. The program announced that in addition to serving meals during the week they're now setting up meal distributions over the weekend.

The organization will be handing out both supper and snacks in Lamont, Arvin and Bakersfield. The distribution in Lamont will be located at the David Head Center and the Lamont Club.

The distribution in Arvin will take place at the Arvin Children's center and right here in Bakersfield food will be given out at the Armstrong Youth Center and the Stockdale Club.

The service is available for all children.
