BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department has continued to crackdown on street racing activity in the city.

On Saturday night officers responded to several street racing calls and made four related traffic enforcement stops. Those stops resulted in three citations and two vehicles were impounded.

BPD is encouraging the community to report illegal street racing at 661-327-71-11.
