BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield Police Chief Greg Terry is pleased with the way his officers have handled themselves and the hundreds of protestors that have descended on downtown Bakersfield over the past few nights.
Terry joined 23ABC LIVE to talk about the progress so far, in advance of an on line community forum the department is hosting Tuesday afternoon.
