BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Wanted: Community Minded Professionals! The Kern High School District's Regional Occupational Center is hosting the SkillsUSA Region 2 Conference Saturday on the ROC campus and are putting out an urgent call for judges. Although there is a need for professionals with a trade background or training, organizers are looking for anyone who wants to be part of a student's growth and education.
