BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — It began two years ago with an idea to help improve the health of residents living in outlying communities around Kern County. Supervisor David Couch and personal fitness and life coach Pat Brown stopped by the 23ABC studio's on Wednesday to talk about the expansion of this program into other areas, beginning with McFarland on Friday.
