BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A 3.7 magnitude earthquake shook Kern County overnight, with the epicenter in east Bakersfield. Many reported feeling the quake, with video and pictures of slight damage beginning to pop up on social media.

Cindy Huge, a volunteer with the Red Cross, joined 23ABC LIVE this morning to talk about what you should and should not do when the ground starts moving.
