BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — State Senate Leader Shannon Grove joined 23ABC to discuss reopening Kern County and the state of California.
This comes after Senator Grove and Senator Mike Morrell delivered a letterto Governor Gavin Newsom urging him to allow Houses of Worship to reopen as part of California's Stage 2.
