A terror attack in London killed three victims and the attacker. It is now known that the attacker is a soldier of the Islamic state and is British-born. Officials know his identity but do not want it to be released yet. One of the victims is identified as a man from Utah.

The attacker is thought to have acted alone, but 7 others were arrested in connection.
