BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — It was announced Thursday at the Kern County Health briefing that of the 1,644 positive Kern County residents, 96% of those have fully recovered or are at home recovering.
Thirty-eight of those positives are currently receiving treatment.
As of Thursday, 25 people have lost their lives since COVID-19 data has been reported.
