BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The County of Kern and Public Health are offering free COVID-19 testing Monday.
The testing is a self-swab test and it is being offered for free outside the County Administrative Center, 1115 Truxtun.
The testing is going on from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
