Fresno Superior Court to reduce operations in response to Gov. Newsom stay home order

FRESNO, Calif. — The Superior Court of California County of Fresno is a statement announced they will be reducing various operations.

On Thursday, Gov. Newsom declared a stay home order for the state of California asking residents to stay home for all nonessential functions and only leave for essential functions.

In response to this order the Fresno Superior Court has asked residents refrain from visiting the court when possible. The court will remain open for specific case types that have been determined to be essential matters.

The court also released a notification regarding amended appearance and payment dates for cases at the "M" Street traffic Division Courthouse.
