BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Kern County Public Health Services Department has confirmed that a fourteenth Kern County resident has tested positive for COVID-19 and lives in Bakersfield East.

Public Health is investigating this case to determine potential exposure sources and contacts this individual had.

This individual is recovering at home.
