BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Kern Behavioral Health is offering resources to parents and caregivers as to how talk to children about COVID-19 and tools on how to make sure they are keeping their mental wellbeing intact amid the outbreak.

KernBHRS offers tools such as various apps to individuals who are suffering from anxiety depression or any other mental health issues that may have been triggered by the coronavirus outbreak. According to KernBHRS, its imperative to continue to share your feelings rather than not talk about them.
