Kern County officially tops 4,000 COVID-19 cases

The number of COVID-19 cases in Kern County has officially topped the 4,000.

The Kern County Public Health Department released new figures Tuesday morning showing 84 new cases bringing the total to 4,049. The death toll remains at 60 people.

In all 2,811 people have recovered and the health department is reporting that 47,190 people have tested negative.
