Public Health releases new guidelines for restaurants and bars

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Public Health Services Department today released a guide for venues where people garther for drinking, dining and entertainment.

The guide includes measures such as recommending restaurants be closed for in-restaurant seated dining, bars, wineries, breweries and pubs are closed and grocery stores and charitable food distribution sites remain fully operational.
