BAKERSFIELD, CA. - (UPDATE OCT. 22, 3:49 P.M.) According to KCSO, the man injured has been identified as 56-year-old Raymond Joseph Gutierrez.

He died Oct. 10, from injuries sustained from multiple gunshot wounds.

The manner of death is ruled a homicide.

No suspect information at this time.

Officers are currently on scene after reports of a shooting in Central Bakersfield where someone was injured, according to the Bakersfield Police Department. The reported incident is located near the intersection of 34th and Q street.

According to BPD, one person was hit, and is suffering from minor to moderate injuries. There is no suspect information at this time.
