BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Authorities have charged a 20-year-old man with murder in connection to a fatal shooting in Bakersfield that happened on September 14th.
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, Tyequez Baker was charged with murder for the death of Glenn Earl Henderson Jr. who was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in Beale Park. Henderson was declared dead at the scene.
Baker was already in custody in connection to an unrelated attempted murder case.
In addition to the murder charge, Baker faces additional charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and a felon in possession of ammunition.
