BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — Authorities are asking for the community's help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to a vehicle fire at the Bakersfield Auto Mall.

According to the Bakersfield Fire Department, the suspect was in the 5400 block of Gasoline Alley Drive on Thursday, December 24th when he set fire to a vehicle, causing major fire damage to two additional vehicles.

The suspect is described as a white male last seen wearing black shorts and a hoody with white lettering, a light-colored beanie, and a black mask.
