BAKERSFIELD, Calif — UPDATE: (5:10 p.m.) An at-risk missing man was located unharmed, Bakersfield Police said Friday.
Police said Dmitry James Couvillion went missing on April 2 around 9 p.m. at the 18000 block of 178 Highway.
No details were released as to where he was found. Couvillion was considered at risk due to mental conditions.
