BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating an overnight shooting that left one man dead.
BPD Officials say they responded to Union Avenue just before 11 p.m. Friday in response to a single shot heard in the area.
When they arrived on the scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The man died at the scene due to injuries.
There is no suspect information at this time.
