BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is looking for a suspect wanted for theft and vandalism at a local funeral home.

According to the BPD, the incident happened on April 2nd at the Rubio’s Funeral Home on Chester Avenue. The suspect caused over $2,800 in damage while stealing copper tubing from an air conditioning unit.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20’s. He stands between 5’9” and 5’11” tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored shorts and was riding a blue BMX bike.
