The Bakersfield Police Department needs your help in identifying a suspect wanted for illegally recording a woman. According to police it happened on February 15th at a department store on Ming Avenue.

The woman was reportedly changing in the dressing room.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man between 19 to 20 years old with a medium build and medium-length curly hair.
