BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking help identifying a suspect involved in a theft of a catalytic converter in the 11000 block of Stockdale Highway.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man 5-foot-8-inches tall with short hair, wearing a black shirt, and with tattoos on his face, neck, and right forearm, according to BPD.
