A Bakersfield woman has been charged with nearly 130 felony counts of insurance fraud and grand theft.
According to the California Department of Insurance 40-year-old Leilani King allegedly submitted more than 60 fraudulent claims to her insurance company for procedures that were never performed.
The department says King's alleged fraud led to a payout of over $30,000 that King was not entitled to receive.
She turned herself in on Friday and is due in court next month.
