BPD asking for public's help in identifying attempted theft, vandalism suspect

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in an attempted theft and vandalism case.

According to the BPD, the incident happened on November 14th at the Mister Car Wash located in the 3200 block of Panama Lane. Specific details of the case were not available.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male between 25 and 30 years old. He has a thin build and was last seen wearing a black beanie hat, black hooded sweatshirt with a grey hooded sweatshirt underneath, light grey pants, and black and white checkered Vans tennis shoes. He was also carrying a navy blue backpack.
