BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department issued a warrant search on an illegal casino Wednesday night in Central Bakersfield.
Officers searched the casino off of K Street and 34th Street. Inside they found 19 gaming modems, 2 large "fish games," $2,500, a gun and over an ounce of meth.
BPD arrested 26-year-old Keith Hayes for operating the casino. Six other people were arrested for charges ranging from open warrants to drug possession.
Nine other people were cited and released.
