BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating a shooting near the Rosedale Inn in Central Bakersfield.

According to BPD, the shooting happened around 12:12 p.m. in the area of Riverside Drive and Buck Owens Boulevard. When officers arrived they found no victims by several subjects were detained for further questioning.

Officers are on scene and the investigation is on-going.
