BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened at Motel 6 on Easton Drive that happened on Tuesday evening.

The victim is described as a 25-year-old man with multiple stab wounds to the torse.

He was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
