BAKERSFIELD, Calf. — BPD is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying a theft suspect caught on camera following a theft that occurred at March 19, at the Target on Ming Avenue.

The suspect stole a pair of pants and shoes, removed the tags, put them on and left.

The suspect is described as a: Hispanic male, 30’s, 5’10”, 150 pounds, slim build black long hair and a goatee, wearing a zip up sweater and blue jean pants
