The Bakersfield Police Department have arrested 19-year-old Isaiah Marshall for shooting a man in front of the Smart & Final on Mount Vernon Avenue last month.
The victim sustained moderate injuries after he was shot in his upper torso.
BPD said it happened on November 15, around 6:30 p.m. After a verbal altercation between the two men, over a parking space, Marshall retrieved a gun from his car and shot the victim.
Marshall was arrested on charges of attempted murder and firing a weapon from a vehicle.
He is expected in court tomorrow at 3 p.m.
