Posted
and last updated

The Kern County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who was part of a duo that led deputies on a chase when the two crashed into a sign and took off one getting away, one caught and arrested.

KCSO received a call for subjects in a white van that pointed a gun at a person on South Union Avenue and Wilson Road. When they found the van the chase ensued ending at Rodney Street and Ethrum Avenue when the two suspects crashed.

The one caught is 30-year old Bobby Wright.

The van is suspected to be in connection with a previous robbery earlier Monday morning. It is unclear if Wright is connected to that specific robbery.

KCSO is still investigating.
