Police are asking for the community's help in identifying a suspect wanted in a vandalism and theft case in Bakersfield.
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the incident took place on November 20th last year at Work World located at 2626 Ming Avenue. The suspect entered the business, selected several items of clothing and then tried to leave without paying. When confronted by employees, the suspect dropped some of the clothing and then broke a large window at the front of the business.
The suspect is described as a black female in her mid 30's, standing 5' 6”. She has long gray hair, which may have been a wig, and was wearing a black sweater, red pants, and white shoes.
