BPD searching for vehicle involved in a hit and run

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit and run.

According to the BPD, the "non-injury hit and run collision" happened on November 9, 2019, at about 11:20 a.m. in a parking lot located in the 800 block of 34th Street in Bakersfield. No additional details about the accident were provided.

The suspect vehicle was described as a small SUV or minivan that was blue in color. The driver is described as a black male, about 35 years old. He stands 6' tall and weighs about 200 lbs.
