Candlelight prayer held in Bakersfield for missing Cal City toddlers

BAKERSFIELD,Calif. — The search continues for the missing California city toddler brothers, three-year-old Orson West and four-year-old Orrin West. On Saturday, a candlelight prayer was held in their honor with the community in East Bakersfield, calling for their return.
