The Delano Police Department is trying to identify a woman who they said stole another person's cell phone.

According to DPD, on June 29, around 6:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to Harbor Freight Tools located at 1725 Glenwood Street in Delano, CA for lost property.

A customer said he showed a coupon on his phone to the cashier and accidentally left it behind. When he returned, he learned the cell phone was stolen.

Officers review of the video surveillance footage from the business which revealed a woman wearing a blue shirt, black pants, and black shoes stole the customer’s cell phone.
