DELANO, Calif. — The Delano Police Department is asking the community for help identifying a suspect caught on camera stealing property from the Harbor Freight Tools business on Glenwood Street.

According to DPD, the suspect was described as a Hispanic man with short hair and wearing all dark clothing. He may also have been involved in previous thefts at this same location.

Police said the suspect was helped by another man waiting outside in a gray four-door vehicle. They both fled the area.
