FRESNO, Calif. — The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is searching for a registered sex offender who failed to register his new location.
According to the sheriff's office, 60-year-old Ricardo Pedro Bojorquez was convicted of sexual battery. Since being released from prison in 1999, he has been required to register each year as a sex offender.
Bojorquez is is no longer at his registered address and failed to register a new address as is required by law. As a result, a felony arrest warrant has been issued for Bojorquez.
Due to registration restrictions, the Fresno County Sheriff's Office is unable to publicly disclose Bojorquez's exact last known address but did say he was in Fresno’s 93737 zip code.
Bojorquez is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5’9” and 190 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
