DELANO, Calif. — On Saturday the CDCR arrested inmate Flavio Carbajal.

CHP made a vehicle stop and Carbajal was an occupant of the vehicle.

Carbajal was transported to Kern Valley State Prison.

On May 15, Carbajal was reported missing and an emergency count was conducted confirming his absence.

KVSP immediately notified local law enforcement agencies.
