BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On July 20, KCSO received a report of a victim of a stabbing on River Boulevard, when deputies got there, they discovered a crime scene.

Later that evening KCSO was alerted that the victim, Tanner Blankenship was taken to Kern Medical and had succumbed to his wounds.

Detectives began investigating the homicide.

Detectives were able to develop probable cause to arrest 29-year-old Miguel Bravo for the murder of Tanner Blankenship.

On Wednesday, deputies located and arrested Bravo.
