BAKERSFIELD, Calif — The Kern County Sheriff's Office has identified the man that was shot and killed in Bakersfield Tuesday night.

The victim, 30-year-old Tony Gutierrez Jr of Bakersfield was found shot in the area of North King Street and Water Street. He died at the scene.

KCSO says deputies responded to a shooting call just after 10:30 p.m.

No arrests have been made.
