KCSO: two men arrested for burglaries in Wasco over the holiday

WASCO, Calif. — Deputies from the Wasco City Kern County Sheriff's Substation arrested two men suspected of multiple burglaries over Christmas and Christmas Eve.

On Dec. 24, deputies responded to an alarm a the 1700 block of Highway 46 in Wasco. When they arrived they found the suspects had feld on bicycles.

The investigation led deputies to Eduardo Saucedo, 29. He was arrested and booked for attempted burglary, vandalism, conspiracy, petty theft, and three arrest warrants.

Deputies responded to a second burglary alarm on Dec. 25, at the 1200 block of Poplar Avenue. There they found Joaquin Sanchez, 33, and determine he was their second suspect.

Sanchez was arrested and booked for burglary in both cases, vandalism, conspiracy, and petty theft.
