BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Coroner's Office has identified 59-year-old Julian Manney of Los Angeles as the man who died in a crash on Highway 99 Sunday morning.

According to KCSO, around 4 a.m. Sunday, Manney was driving a vehicle that was struck by a semi-truck on the 99, just north of Highway 119.

He died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
