BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On August 31, officers assigned to the Kern County Probation Department's Post Release Community Supervision Unit conducted a search at a home on Owens Street.
While there, officers found 39-year-old Lawrence Appodaca, who is on active Mandatory Supervision.
A probation search was conducted and officers found a loaded .9mm firearm, approximately 74.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a small plastic bindle of suspected heroin and a large amount of U.S. currency.
Appodaca was arrested for his three active felony warrants.
In addition, Appodaca was charged with weapon and drug-related offenses.
