WASCO, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office made five felony arrests in Wasco including a 17-year-old wanted in a shooting that occurred last Monday.

Deputies conducted five different criminal investigations in the community of Wasco locating a number of people wanted for various crimes including possession of a stolen vehicle, an active felony warrant, and two for felony spousal abuse.

KCSO arrested Aaron Garcia, Israel Esquivel, Robert Ornelas, Ademar Ruiz, and a 17-year old for a felony arrest warrant from a shooting that occurred on June 8th.

All have been booked into county jail or juvenile hall.
