DELANO, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public' s help in a Delano murder case. The incident took place on September 17th at about 3:20 a.m. in the 10200 block of Casey Avenue.
According to the KCSO, an unidentified suspect entered the home of 20-year-old Raymond Richer and shot him multiple times while he was asleep with his family. He was transported to the hospital where he later died from his wounds.
The suspect is still unknown at this time.
