BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On September 6, Bakersfield Police officers conducted a vehicle stop based upon observed vehicle code violations on Miller Street, after a search of the vehicle, the driver was arrested on multiple charges.
During a search, a loaded unregistered firearm and two ounces of methamphetamine were found.
The driver, 24-year-old Jesus Cordero was arrested for charges including felon in possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine for purpose of sales, probationer in possession of a concealed firearm and gang participation. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
