MCFARLAND, Calif. (KERO) — The McFarland Police Department is investigating a shooting Sunday afternoon that left one man dead.

Officers were called to San Pedro Street near the Hwy. 99 at about 2 p.m., according to McFarland police.

Isaac Chiprez, 25, of McFarland, was rushed to Kern Medical were he later died from his injuries.

There's no word yet on suspect information.
