BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect who stole a package from a resident's porch on April 2nd in the 2600 block of Park Way.
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male between 20 and 30 years old. He is tall with a large build. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and jeans. He also has tattoos on his right forearm.
